HELP & GUIDANCE
Questions before
you get started?
Choosing stone should feel clear, not complicated. Here are answers to common questions about materials, quotations, fabrication and installation.
Frequently asked questions
Use these answers as a starting point. We can provide project-specific guidance when we know your measurements, material choices and installation requirements.
Use the Request a Quote form on our website. Include your project type, approximate measurements and any photographs or plans you have. We will review the details and advise if further information is needed.
Yes. Our quotation form accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF files, with up to five files and a 5 MB limit per file.
Fabrication and installation are part of Mizpah’s services. The final scope, measuring arrangements and installation requirements are discussed during quotation.
The best choice depends on appearance, budget and how you use your kitchen. Granite and engineered quartz are popular options; marble has different maintenance and etching considerations. We can help compare available materials.
We can discuss waterfall details, shaped pieces, mitred edges, stone basins and other custom fabrication. Feasibility depends on material, dimensions, construction and support requirements.
Not necessarily. Approximate measurements and drawings are useful for an initial discussion. Final dimensions and installation requirements need to be confirmed before fabrication.
Timelines depend on material availability, fabrication complexity, site readiness and the installation schedule. We will discuss a realistic timeframe for your project rather than offer a standard guarantee.
Stone availability and supplier visits vary. Please contact us to arrange a consultation or discuss viewing suitable material samples or slabs by appointment.
Care depends on the material and finish. We can advise on suitable daily cleaning, sealing where required and precautions for heat, acids, abrasion and impact.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?
Send us your project details.
You don’t need everything finalised to get the conversation started. A few photographs, an outline of the work and a rough size are enough to explain your idea.
